Bio

I've somehow managed to end up agreeing to do both the Great North Run,(Great, right and Run in the same sentence...FOOLS) and the London-Brighton ride(wheres the Great for this bit then!!).. I'm pretty sure Ill get bored of this v quickly but for now I shall keep you all posted of the "I run, It hurt" of it all. Any suggestion then poke, nudge, email, punch, txt, MSN, comment at me and Ill try to include them...you are after all my audience. PEACE! I'm OUT!!
